Are there any shipping fees?
  • A flat shipping fee of 15 AED for orders under 199 AED.
  • Free shipping on orders meeting or exceeding 199 AED.
Can I exchange my order?
  • Exchanges are free and permitted for all transactions except items on final Sale and items sold via COD

  • Gift cards are non exchangeable or refundable.
Do you accept returns ?
  • Certainly, a 14-day return policy is applicable to our products. The item must be returned unpacked and unworn in its original condition.

  • COD, Items on Sale are non-exchangeable or non-refundable.

  • Any returns in the UAE are subject to a fixed 15 AED shipping Fee.

  • Exchanges are Free of Charge.

  • Gift cards are non exchangeable or refundable.

How do I get my refund ?
  • Upon receipt of your returned item and completion of product inspection, a full refund will be issued minus shipping costs.

  • The refund process could require a maximum of 14 business days. If no refund is issued within this timeframe, kindly reach out to us at Hello@Rabfit.com

  • Reimbursement will be issued to the initial payment method used during the purchase.

  • Gift cards are non exchangeable or refundable.
Can I cancel my order ?

Yes, if your order remains unfulfilled, we'll assist with canceling it upon request.
